About the Role

Our client, a leading US-based financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, cash flow, fund accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has hands-on experience in managing financial planning and reporting within global or financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Review and oversee fund administrator deliverables including NAV packs, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Develop dashboards and financial models to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Manage lines of credit, investor funding, and repayments.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Fund & Investor Accounting

  • Oversee investor allocations, portfolio accounting, and interest remittances.
  • Ensure accuracy in fund accounting, investor reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, and external partners.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

  • Establish and strengthen financial controls to safeguard assets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX and credit risk.
  • Implement process improvements and automation for efficiency.

What We're Looking For

7–12 years of progressive finance/accounting experience (financial services or fund operations preferred)

CPA / CFA / MBA is a strong advantage

Strong expertise in financial reporting, fund accounting, and cash flow management

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a US shift and collaborating with international stakeholders
