About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this full-time Finance Manager role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic planning for FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS', a leading food and hospitality group headquartered in Metro Manila. As a key member of the senior finance team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the company's continued financial success and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial management and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decision making
  • Manage the finance team, including mentoring and developing staff
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and legal/regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably within the food and hospitality industry
  • Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of financial accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA qualification is preferred
