Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial health of the hotel group, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure tax compliance and proper monitoring of cash flow.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • At least
    5 years
    of relevant experience in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and cost control.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
