Job Title: Software Sales Representative (Tech Sales)

Hours: Fulltime, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday/morning shift)

Work Setup: Work From Home

The Role

Were seeking a Technical Sales Professional with an engineering background to promote and sell our electrical design software on a global scale. In this role, you'll engage with engineers, understand their challenges, showcase tailored solutions, and close high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients (engineers and engineering firms)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Deliver compelling presentations and software demonstrations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the technical team to relay client feedback and improve offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Solid understanding of electrical power systems
  • Proven experience in B2B software or technical sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in deal negotiation and closing
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (FreshDesk experience is a plus)
  • Engineering degree preferred but not required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CAD, simulation, or electrical design software
  • Existing network in the electrical or power systems industry
  • Knowledge of international electrical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
