Role and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities

  • Design and prepare technical proposals for Security and Traffic solutions, focusing on software-driven and computer engineering aspects.
  • Generate system architectures, software specifications, and integration requirements in compliance with bid and tender projects.
  • Engage in requirements gathering and analysis with customers to define technical needs and propose tailored software or integrated system solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations, including Proof of Concept (POC) setups.
  • Lead technical reviews and clarification meetings with customers before and during the bid phase.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP documents, supplying detailed software/system design information.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales specifications to implementation, including software integration requirements.
  • Evaluate and work with software and hardware vendors, maintaining a database of suitable products, SDKs, APIs, and integration options for future use.
  • Stay updated with the latest software technologies, frameworks, and competitive solutions relevant to Security and Traffic systems.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to align solution design with business requirements and IT infrastructure.
  • Identify new business opportunities and technology enhancements to drive company growth.

Post-Sales Activities

  • Support the transition from pre-sales to fulfilment, ensuring technical solutions are implemented as designed.
  • Provide guidance to project and operations teams on proposed software/system solutions, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
  • Deliver technical support, including software configuration, troubleshooting, and bug resolution during project execution and operational stages.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; software solution pre-sales experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking; familiarity with software development, scripting, APIs, and integration tools is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of system architecture, database concepts, and cloud or on-premise deployments.
