Technical Team Lead

TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD (.NET)

Required: The Technical Team Lead (.NET) must have extensive experience in designing

and implementing systems that enhance business productivity, support workflow

automation, and enable scalable enterprise application development. This role requires

the ability to effectively translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and

maintainable software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in process automation,

including the development of internal business systems such as approval workflows,

reporting dashboards, and transaction monitoring. A solid understanding of role-based

access control, system configuration, and data integrity is essential to ensure alignment

with IT governance and compliance standards.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is required to

support efficient and secure delivery cycles. In addition, experience in cloud

administration (e.g., Azure, AWS) is expected to ensure the scalability, reliability, and

performance of deployed applications.

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance

of software applications while ensuring the overall security, performance, and cost-

efficiency of the supporting cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

DevSecOps

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate the software

delivery process.

• Integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle to ensure code quality

and mitigate vulnerabilities early in the development process.

• Proactively monitor for and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities across

applications and infrastructure.

• Ensure full compliance with internal security policies, industry standards, and

regulatory requirements.

Cloud Administration

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud

infrastructure using AWS.

• Monitor cloud environments for performance, uptime, and cost optimization.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform,

Ansible, or similar.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure aligns with business requirements and security best

practices.

.NET Development

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis

and architecture design to implementation and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric

solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and

best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance

and stability.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.

• At least 3 years of experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.

• At least 3 years of experience managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related Microsoft development stacks.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

frameworks like Angular or React (a plus).

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure

DevOps).

• Familiar with secure coding practices and security tools (e.g., OWASP, SAST, DAST).

• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS

CloudFormation.

• Proficient in designing and maintaining cloud-native applications and services.

• Knowledgeable in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes,

ECS).
