The Technical Lead work in the unit team. Overseeing technical aspects of projects and leading teams to successful outcomes. Responsible for the technical direction of F5 opportunities and projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring F5 solutions quality and timely delivery, and will also make sure that the team is working efficiently and that all tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the technical team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient F5 and network security solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project deliverables.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability targets through technical expertise.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, sharing best practices and training updates.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and develop contingency or improvement plans.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking and security.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and management.

Qualifications:


• Experience with F5 Networks is a must


• Network Administration and Computer Networking skills


• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills


• Network Security skills


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
