About the Role

We are seeking an Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Workato and API integrations, particularly in optimising flows for high-volume performance.

The goal of this project engagement is to review, refine, and optimise our existing Workato integrations so they can reliably handle peak-season transaction volumes without timeouts or instability.

You will be responsible for diagnosing bottlenecks, implementing best practices (queuing, batching, retries, error handling), and delivering a stable, scalable integration setup with clear documentation for handover.

Responsibilities

  • Audit our existing Workato recipes and identify bottlenecks under load.
  • Optimise flows to handle high transaction volumes (queuing, batching, retries, error handling).
  • Experience optimising integrations for high-volume transactions.
  • Ability to analyze and understand existing integration flows with minimal documentation or guidance.
  • Comfortable recommending and implementing best practices for scalable, reliable integrations.
  • Bonus: familiarity with ERP / order / warehouse system integrations.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on expertise with Workato (must-have).
  • Strong background in API integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks).
  • Experience optimising integrations for high-volume transactions.
  • Knowledge of ERP / order / warehouse workflows (a plus, but not mandatory).

Soft Skills

  • Practical, solution-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Focused on delivering a robust outcome within project timelines.

Engagement

  • Contract / project basis
  • Goal: A reliable, documented integration setup that performs during peak sales periods

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
