Job Posting: HR Manager – EMSH

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team at EMSH. This is a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic hospital environment with complex operations and a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all human resources functions for a multi-department hospital with 24/7 operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the hospital's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure fairness, consistency, and discipline across all HR practices while fostering a compassionate and supportive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to top management on HR-related matters, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, self-reliance, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or complex organizational settings.
  • Strong decision-making skills with an objective and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to balance empathy with authority.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive in driving HR initiatives.
  • Strong alignment with organizational goals, with the ability to navigate challenges and maintain consistency in HR practices.
  • Ability to manage a large workforce and complex operations efficiently.
