DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collate Sales and Inventory data from the Head Office Dealer.

  • Call assigned Head Office Dealers to complete the reports.

  • Analyze and summarize off take and inventory report per model, per color, per sales area, per region, per area controller.

  • Daily checking/validation of Head Office Dealers report.

  • Assign in uploading of validated Head Office Dealers report on time.

  • Ensure that the sales and inventory are submitting the required report on time.

  • Responsible in coordination of concern from Head Office Dealer to Field Sales.

  • Reporting of Monthly and YTD sales report of Top Province by model of the information of Sell-In in SDR, Sell-In SI, Dealer Sell-out and Inventory.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by superior from time to time that is necessary for the continuous workflow in the department.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor/ College degree; any business-related course.

  • Preferably adept with MS applications, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Has experience in supply chain management and any administrative-related tasks.

  • Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
