Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to manage and improve our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services. This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to align supply chain activities with business needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or supply chain software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
