Responsible for managing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operations, vendor management, forecasting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiation, inventory planning, and cost control.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
  • Can start ASAP
