What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries related to a range of telecommunication products and services

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Adhering to quality standards and key performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize and provide excellent customer service
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and development
