We are conducting mass hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Quezon City. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through voice interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in a voice account or BPO environment is an advantage but not required.
  • with or without BPO exp
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
