Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
With at 4-5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in a BPO Company
Willing to work on a Dayshift/Midshift
Amenable to work Hybrid Set Up in McKinley, Taguig
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management — goal setting, reviews, and PIPs.
Collaborate with L&D to identify and address training needs.
Drive retention strategies based on attrition analysis and workforce trends.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and client requirements.
Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and prepare reports.
Support organizational changes, new process transitions, and client onboarding.
Act as an advisor to managers on people and performance issues
