Marketing Supervisor

Coordinates all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos; leads the marketing team and prepares the marketing budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans and organizes marketing efforts to help grow the company's business and brand.
  • Supervises the marketing team's collaboration with the Sales Department to create marketing and sales messages.
  • Recognizes growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition.
  • Manages projects and oversees the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns.
  • Participates in setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives.
  • Generates sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of business and industry.
  • Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
