Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plans the sales and business development of his assigned specific geographical territory with the Market
  • Territory Manager
  • Responsible for configuration of routes and itinerary in compliance with sales objectives.
  • Reviews accuracy and timeliness of reports and analyzes corrective action plans if necessary
  • Ensures total implementation and execution of marketing programs.
  • Conducts route riding activities, validates transactions, verification of accounts, relieves or delegate tasks in the absence of a salesman
  • Tracks sales performance of his team, motivates and maintains high morale of subordinates, and enforces discipline in adherence to policies
  • Leads his subordinates in achieving desired objectives with adherence to Company policies and standard procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge in marketing strategies and sales management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
  • Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC)
