Aftermarket Assistant Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftermarket Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and support the planning, coordination, and execution of aftermarket sales and service activities to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.

The Aftermarket Assistant Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Market study and promotion of Industrial, Automotive, and Condition Monitoring Products.
  • Develop growth plans and strategize proper stocking.
  • Analyze sales, projection and competitor activities or price increases.
  • Check monthly summaries of quotations and order-balances.
  • Ensure timely delivery of bearings to customer for maintenance works.
  • Organize sales meetings and client visits.
  • Prepare Sales and Customer meeting reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments for deliveries.
  • Support and manage training of engineering staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 8-10 years of experience aftermarket operations preferably in the automotive, machinery, or manufacturing industry.
