We are seeking a skilled and dynamic BPO Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful training programs in a fast-paced BPO environment, ensuring employees are well-prepared to meet organizational and client objectives. This role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating participants' progress, and continuously improving training methods to enhance performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and process refreshers within a BPO setting.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and guides specific to the BPO industry.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational and client-specific objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year in a BPO environment with multinational clients; learning and development experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in training delivery, presentation, demonstration, and training needs analysis.
  • Familiarity with modern training tools and ability to assess and improve training effectiveness.
