About the role

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for training and development? Teleperformance, a leading global provider of customer experience management services, is seeking a talented Sales Trainer II to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programmes to help our sales team excel in their roles and drive exceptional customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop comprehensive training curriculums and materials to upskill our sales agents in areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  2. Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help the sales team build their skills and confidence
  3. Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback to support their continuous development
  4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify training needs and implement solutions
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our training programmes
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by driving performance improvements and fostering a positive, learning-focused culture

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales training , ideally within the BPO/call centre industry
  2. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions
  4. Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies
  5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
