Job Summary

Coordinates the daily activities of the customer demo requests. Facilities interaction between customer service, sales coordinator, warehouse asst. team leader, warehouseman and dispatch team leader. Monitors preparation of the demo items, accountable for the schedules and returns according to customer requirements and company policy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the inventory Supervisor.
  • Receives, prioritizes, and fulfill Product Demo Request (PDR) in a timely and efficient manner and observing the proper cut-off time.
  • Checks and ensures all requests for product demo have complete details, correct and complete item code, hospital name, address, contact person, contact number, date needed and with corresponding approval of superiors.
  • Responsible for the database entry for PDR within fifteen (15) minutes from the receipt of the PDR and Turn-over of the PDR to CSR within one (1) day.
  • Accountable for ensuring warehouseman correct and complete picking of the demo request aligned to the turn0around-time and comply with safety procedures for Equipment units.

Performs other duties assigned by the Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager.

Experience and Knowledge

  • 2-3 year's experience in warehousing.
  • Ability to work extended hours. Basic math and recording abilities.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

With frequent communication to: Warehouseman, Inventory Pharmacist, Audit Staff, Audit Manager, Order Admin, Order Filler/Returns Coordinator, Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager, Customer Care Department, IT Department

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
