Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving overall operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • FSC Compliance & Implementation.
  • Provides profit direction, targets, productivity and cost efficiency plans.
  • Sales Building - creates brand awareness through networking and community programs.
  • Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and reduce waste.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze financial reports to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management on marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Operations Manager (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and staff management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must be focused on total business operations to achieve desired targets.
