Compensation: Base salary + sales commissions

Job Summary

The Sales Agent is responsible for managing customer accounts, promoting company products, and ensuring smooth execution of sales from prospecting to order fulfillment and payment completion. The role combines customer engagement, order monitoring, delivery coordination, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Generate leads and maintain an active customer pipeline.
  • Promote products, respond to inquiries, and take orders from prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide pricing information, prepare quotations, and assist customers with pricing inquiries.
  • Assist walk-in customers and coordinate product sampling or demonstrations as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.

Order & Delivery Management

  • Confirm customer orders and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  • Monitor orders until fully executed and resolve delivery issues or customer concerns.
  • Keep customers updated on order status and delivery schedules.

Documentation & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate with accounting for invoicing, payment updates, and proper documentation.
  • Support pricing updates and ensure billing reflects accurate pricing for each order.
  • Assist in light collections coordination by updating customers on payment status and relaying concerns to accounting.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Sales Support & Reporting

  • Prepare simple reports on sales performance, customer activity, and order tracking.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Willing to work in C. Raymundo Ave., Roasrio, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
