The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving sales targets, cultivating and managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of showroom operations. This position demands exceptional leadership abilities and comprehensive industry knowledge to ensure outstanding customer experiences and consistently surpass sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach initiatives, including cold calling.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and other key stakeholders by providing expert guidance on products and design solutions.
· Remain abreast of current product offerings and facilitate regular training sessions to promote team-wide proficiency.
· Maintain an impeccable showroom environment that embodies the brand's identity and appeals to clientele.
· Deliver superior customer service by effectively addressing inquiries and conducting personalized design consultations.
· Continuously monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to uncover opportunities for business growth.
· Manage inventory processes, coordinate orders, and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
· Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (professional licensure preferred).
· Demonstrated retail sales experience, preferably within the fields of design, architecture, or home furnishings.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
· Extensive knowledge of contemporary design trends, materials, and relevant industry standards.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
