Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, such as architects, developers, designers, contractors, and end users
  • Project Management
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Identify and resolve client concerns

Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage, but not required
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales is an advantage
  • Relevant experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Having your own vehicle is an advantage, but it is not required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to be designated in either of the following branches (Quezon City; Bacoor, Cavite; San Fernando, Pampanga; San Fernando, La Union), but willing to be trained in Quezon City (Head Office) for 1 month
