Job Summary

R2 Group is a market leader in the beauty, wellness, and dining sectors, with a diverse portfolio of over 250 salons, spas, restaurants, and cafés nationwide. We're looking for an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead the strategic vision, brand stewardship, and growth agenda for our extensive portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, data-driven leader with a strong track record of building and scaling brands in consumer-facing industries. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our brands, driving market leadership, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year marketing strategies to drive sustained growth, market expansion, and brand leadership across all portfolio brands.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand equity and consistency are maintained across our beauty, wellness, and food & beverage concepts while fostering innovation and unique brand identities within each.
  • Go-to-Market: Lead the go-to-market strategy for all new products, services, and store formats, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.
  • Data & Analytics: Integrate customer insights, data, and analytics into all marketing strategies and decision-making processes to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional heads to align marketing initiatives with broader business priorities and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and develop a strong marketing organization, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in a consumer-facing industry such as retail, lifestyle, beauty, or food & beverage.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and creative leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and effectively communicate with board members and C-suite executives.
