Caelum Financial Solution a next-generation agency of Allianz PNB Life is seeking passionate Agency Managers to build and lead teams of high-performing financial advisors across the Philippines.

What You'll Do as an Agency Manager:


• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Financial Advisors


• Use our exclusive 90-Day Onboarding Framework to fast-track advisor success


• Drive team performance, conduct business coaching, and lead weekly accountability touchpoints


• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, campaigns, and talent growth initiatives


• Champion Caelum's leadership values while achieving aggressive business goals

Who You Are:


• A natural leader with experience in sales, team management, or business development


• An entrepreneurial spirit looking for a leadership role with flexible structure and unlimited growth potential


• A strategic thinker with the drive to mentor and multiply success


• Industry experience is a plus but not required. We welcome leaders from all sectors: banking, pharma, BPO, real estate, education, retail, and more
