Job DescriptionThe RoleWe're looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to learn and grow. If you love pets, enjoy meeting new people, and are excited by the idea of helping bring high-quality McDuffy products to businesses and pet lovers, this is your chance to join a rapid-growth startup and make a real impact. McDuffy's sales team is responsible for delivering McDuffy's premium recipes and accessories to the largest and most influential Philippine accounts.

Being part of the sales team allows you to bring to life our vision of accelerating the accessibility of our products to the masses. Our sales team finds, evaluates, and pursues opportunities among potential McDuffy accounts, seeking growth that builds upon or expands beyond where we are today. Armed with a deep love for pets and curiosity for improving pets' health, our sales team cultivates existing relationships with current accounts and works diligently on the field to build new ones.

Motivated by the will to increase the accessibility of our high-quality products to the masses, the sales team seeks to push the brand further, priding itself on its importance to the mission of our company. Core ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with McDuffy partners to determine goals and targets. Serve as the key point of contact in expos and other conferences, requiring deep familiarity with the McDuffy vision and products.

Manage existing accounts and maintain fruitful relations with clients. Exceed sales quota and expand B2B and B2C contracts. What
