Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials (POS displays, brochures, and signage).
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure effective in-store execution of campaigns, including merchandising and promotional displays.
  • Monitor compliance with branding and campaign guidelines across retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Assist in planning and executing joint promotional activities with channel partners.
  • Track and report on trade marketing expenses.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and retail environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Schedule/Set-up: Monday – Friday / Day shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
