About the role

Stile Italia Inc., a leading provider of premium home furnishings, is seeking an exceptional CAD Designer to join our team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As a CAD Designer, you will play a vital role in the creation and development of our innovative product designs, collaborating closely with our talented design and engineering teams. What you'll be doing

  • Utilize advanced CAD software to produce detailed design drawings and 3D models for a range of furniture and home décor products
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate conceptual ideas into feasible, production-ready designs
  • Ensure design integrity, technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Continuously research and explore new design techniques, materials and technologies to enhance our product offerings
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
  • Participate in project planning, design reviews and cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and timelines

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a CAD Designer, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry
  • Proficient in CAD software including AutoCAD (2D drafting and 3D modeling), SolidWorks, and Rhino, with a strong foundation in 3D modeling and rendering techniques. Experienced in using leading rendering tools such as Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, and 3ds Max to produce high-quality visualizations and immersive presentations.
  • Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret design briefs, translate conceptual ideas into feasible designs and follow through to production
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for design, a keen eye for the latest trends and a commitment to continuous learning and development
