As a Dispatch Controller, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Regularly track stock levels at all But First, Coffee branches, ensuring that products are available in the right quantities.
  • Process and manage stock orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products based on demand and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to identify slow-moving or high-demand items and adjust ordering practices accordingly.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products, address any issues or delays, and keep the branches informed about stock availability.
  • Assist with product availability and ensure that all required materials or stock are available for promotions, campaigns, or special events.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock levels. Generate regular reports on stock status, pending orders, and any issues that need attention.
  • Quickly address any stock discrepancies or issues, working with internal teams and suppliers to find solutions and minimize disruption.
  • Ensure that all branches are equipped with the necessary stock to provide the best customer experience.
  • Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the management.
