Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inquiries (calls, emails, or virtual interactions) in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, insurance verification, or other administrative tasks depending on the campaign requirements.
- Accurately enter and update records in the client's systems (e.g., EMR or CRM) while ensuring data integrity.
- Provide accurate information, identify needs, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Transfer inquiries to the correct department or personnel, ensuring seamless communication and service continuity.
- Report technical, operational, or process-related issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Stay updated on campaign-specific protocols, policies, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other regulations when applicable.
- Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting performance benchmarks for quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support operations by taking on additional responsibilities or temporary assignments as needed across campaigns.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions to foster positive relationships with patients and clients.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Key Competencies:
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a client- and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different workflows, systems, and campaign requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and administrative processes preferred, but ability to learn new industries quickly is essential.
- High adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Call Center setting, involving both administrative work and virtual patient interactions.
- Schedule: Full-time, night shift based on client needs and demands.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and using a computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
