Job Summary:

The Project Technical Assistant I tasks include preparing and finalizing data sheets for stakeholders, compiling a market size report on PV components, and documenting installed solar projects. He/she will aid the project consultant in assessing the PV market size, and prepare presentations and reports on PV assessment. Additionally, he/she will communicate with cooperation agencies, visit installed projects, and conduct surveys on technical issues in solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize data sheets summarizing key information for stakeholders and end-users, ensuring clarity and accessibility of technical details.
  • Compile a market size report/documentation focusing on PV panels, inverters, converters, and batteries, including trends, growth projections, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare compilation of documentation of installed solar projects across various sectors
  • Assist the project consultant, project staff L3, and the project leader in assessing the PV market size and reviewing policy recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation while facilitating communication and coordination with cooperation agencies.
  • Visit (if applicable) installed projects in various sectors.
  • Conduct surveys of technical issues and concerns in solar PV systems across various stakeholders. Do clerical and non-technical work related to Project S.1.C.A.T. and QISLaP (Quantum and Intelligent Systems Laboratory for Power Engineering).
  • Supports and assists in any research initiatives of Project S.1.C.A.T. and QISLaP.
