US Executive Admin Assistant (Remote)

Background

You'll be the operational nerve center for the CEO, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while helping build systems that scale.
  • Think part-Executive Assistant, part-Project Manager, part-Business Whisperer.
About the Role
  • You'll support the CEO directly—helping keep projects on track, communications clear, documents sharp, and priorities focused. Expect a mix of scheduling magic, inbox triage, team coordination, lead generation, and creative admin work.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and comms management (CEO's and team-wide).
  • Prepping invoices, processing payroll, chasing payments.
  • Formatting AI-generated documents (decks, proposals, contracts).
  • Keeping files tidy in Google Drive.
  • Monitoring progress across Slack, Milanote,
  • Weekly lead list building & light sales research.
  • Helping keep social media aligned with brand voice.
  • Acting as the CEO's second brain.
