About the role

Are you a motivated Collections professional looking to join a leading finance company? We are seeking a talented Collection Officer to join our team in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and driving the company's debt collection efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquent accounts
  • Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and account activities
  • Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to management
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective and compliant collection practices
  • Providing regular performance reports and metrics to management
  • Continuously improving collection processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in the finance industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and CRM systems
  • A results-driven mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with relevant collections regulations and best practices
