Main purpose of the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analytics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day procurement & inbound logistics operations by managing data tools, ensuring reporting accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This position is critical to maintaining smooth operationall processes and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely data insights.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Manage analytical tools across our Procurement & Inbound Ops team to support operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update data sources, including running scripts, enabling triggers, and setting permissions as scheduled
  • Generate and send out reports weekly with attention to detail on output
  • Accurately record data in daily reporting tools with strong attention to detail
  • Share weekly recipes with external kitchen partners in a timely manner
  • Oversee and action Jira/ICS tickets as needed to ensure the team meets project deadlines
  • Analyze data and escalate tool & metric-related issues or trends to support timely troubleshooting with the procurement/inbound teams
  • Build, maintain, and speak to ad-hoc analyses to support the procurement team
  • Provide weekly & monthly data on inbound logistics while providing insights into operational opportunities
