Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction drives our ongoing success.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our company's affiliates and partnerships marketing activities. This position will help manage various marketing projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.

Main purpose of the job

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with different suppliers, departments, and/or 3rd party vendors. This position will ensure the quality of goods supplied that meet our needs and stay up to date with the latest market trends to improve the cost of goods.

Responsibilities and duties

• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Contact vendors to gather quotations for purchases of supplies
• Support in improving and delivering against the long-term procurement strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address and improve performance concerns and ensure that all service level agreements are met.
• Review different information to assess root causes, and improvement opportunities, and eliminate risks.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of projects in the supply chain department.
• Coordinate with different departments for continuous improvement efforts to improve the cost of goods.
• Communicate with vendors to solicit bids for purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Review suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Monitor and Process PO change orders or updates for shipping/fees as needed.
• Help in developing policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.
