Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our management and operations team. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
  • Prepare, file, and maintain official documents and records
  • Draft letters, memos, and reports as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
