Salary range: 50,000-60,000 (can be stretched depending on your skills and qualification)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Payment Gateway Specialist to oversee the integration, maintenance, and performance of our digital payment systems. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly transaction experiences across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment technologies, e-commerce systems, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate and configure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Razorpay) across web and mobile platforms.
  • Monitor transaction flows, troubleshoot payment failures, and resolve gateway-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other relevant security standards.
  • Analyze payment data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and reduce fraud.
  • Maintain documentation for gateway configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new payment solutions based on business needs and market trends.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and gateway providers for updates, support, and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with payment gateways or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, authorization flows, and settlement procedures.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and secure data transmission.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools and chargeback management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications in payment security or fintech (e.g., Certified Payments Professional). are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
