Go High Level System Manager (Remote | International)

We're seeking an experienced Go High Level System Manager
 with a strong technical foundation, creative problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset. This role blends marketing automation management, client onboarding, customer support, and AI workflow optimization for our U.S.-based clients.

 
What You'll Do

  • Manage the Go High Level platform
     – build, maintain, test, and optimize automation workflows and CRM processes.
  • Lead client onboarding
     – run setup and training calls, handle account configuration, and guide clients through the system.
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
     – test automations, landing pages, and funnels to ensure flawless performance.
  • Provide customer support
     – troubleshoot technical issues and manage client requests or updates.
  • Create training materials
     – design short video tutorials and guides for Go High Level users.
  • Collaborate
     with marketing and development teams to improve UX and process efficiency.
  • Design landing pages & funnels
     – optimize for conversion and user experience.
  • Configure AI tools
     – manage chatbots, automation tools, and AI workflows.
  • Train AI bots
     – use prompt engineering to fine-tune accuracy, tone, and relevance.
  • Write marketing copy
     – craft persuasive messages, campaign emails, and automation scripts.
  • Manage affiliate portals
     – configure structure, tracking, and reporting.

 
What We're Looking For

  • Proven 
    Go High Level experience
     – required.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    marketing automations, CRM systems, and landing pages
    .
  • Experience working with 
    U.S.-based clients
     – required.
  • Excellent 
    English communication skills
     (clear, neutral accent).
  • Experience in 
    client onboarding and technical support
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
     and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Workspace
    .
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing 
    landing pages & funnels
    .
  • Skilled in 
    AI configuration and bot training
     within Go High Level.
  • Experience writing 
    marketing content and campaign flows
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    affiliate and referral management tools
    .
