Title: Finance Specialist (Financial Planning & Analysis)

The
Procurement Finance Specialist
will provide essential analytical and financial support to the Procurement Finance function, helping drive informed sourcing decisions across food, packaging, and supply categories. This role will evaluate supplier performance, track cost drivers, and ensure that procurement activities contribute to both company and franchisee profitability.

  • Spend & Cost Analysis: Analyze procurement spend data, track commodity trends, and model P&L impacts to support strategic sourcing and cost management.
  • Financial Modeling & Support: Build financial models for RFPs, supplier negotiations, new product launches, and limited-time offers (LTOs).
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain dashboards to track Purchase Price Variance (PPV), cost savings, vendor compliance, and procurement performance against budget.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Franchise Ops, Procurement, R&D, Supply Chain, FP&A, and PCM to align supply pricing, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Reporting & Automation: Support data integration from ERP and BI tools, automate cost tracking processes, and ensure clean, auditable financial records.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably an MBA or CPA license holder.
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and procurement.
  • Must have the proven capability to operate large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work with ERP systems with end-to-end capability in material estimates, pricing, and variance analysis.
  • Must have proven experience in creating controls and transparent processes.
  • Must be proficient in using technical applications such as MS Office, especially Excel and SAP.
  • Open to Fresh Graduate with interest in monitoring markets and and understanding recent trends
  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work-setup).
