Key Description of the Role:

The Commercial Sales Director plays a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships in the fitness and wellness industry. This role will lead the commercial sales division, oversee key account strategy, and manage high value client relationships while building and executing scalable sales plans that align with the company's goal He/she will serve as a dynamic leader—mentoring teams, innovating go-to-market strategies, and strengthening the company's presence in the commercial fitness space across corporate, hospitality, government, and institutional sectors. Job

Qualifications

He/she must be:

✓ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales Management or any related field (MBA is a plus).

✓ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in B2B Commercial Sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.

✓ Proven track record in key account management and large-scale deal closure, preferably within the fitness, wellness, health, or retail industry or sector. ✓ Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.

✓ With excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and sales presentation abilities.

✓ Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).

✓ Highly motivated, ethical, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

✓ An individual who can preserve high level of Data Confidentiality and Security

✓ A team player who can adapt promptly to organization's core values, culture and work atmosphere

✓ Willing to work in the office located in Estancia Capitol Commons, Pasig City

✓ Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

He/she shall take ownership of the following accountabilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  1. Develop and execute national commercial sales strategies to meet short term and long-term business objectives.

  2. Identify and capitalize on high-impact business opportunities and market trends in the Philippine fitness industry.

  3. Oversee the entire commercial sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale support.

Key Account and Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

  3. Represent the company in key negotiations, trade shows, and industry events.

Team Management and Employee Development

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple territories.

  2. Set performance goals, KPIs, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  3. Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to support commercial initiatives and align cross-functional objectives.

Market and Industry Know-how

  1. Stay updated on competitor activities, market shifts, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.

  2. Recommend improvements in pricing, promotions, and product offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
