Role and Responsibilities

Guestable is looking for a highly-talented, organized and natural leader for the position of DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE. The successful candidate will be overseeing the overall Maintenance Process, Building Process, Managing Financial and Cost-Budgeting Opportunities, ensures Quality Assurance and will serve as a liaison between Guestable stakeholders and vendors. This role will focus on leading the maintenance team from all offices - delivering the team to the best of its capacity for the success of Guestable's vision.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Real Estate, and will collaborate with the directors of the operations, client success and sales and marketing and talent acquisition. If you are versatile with high-level communication skills, analytical and logical thinker, brings out executive-function deliverance in high-order environment, you are what we are looking for

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of the maintenance process across all Guestable properties and offices in North America.
• Manage and coordinate the building process, ensuring alignment with operational standards and timelines.
• Lead financial planning and cost-budgeting initiatives related to maintenance and property operations for scalable costs and mitigate/prevent loss.
• Ensure quality assurance protocols are consistently implemented and upheld across all units.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Guestable stakeholders and external vendors, fostering strong partnerships.
• Direct and support the maintenance team across multiple office locations, optimizing team performance and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with pioneering members of Guestable to discuss and align KPI assignments to ensure maintenance team's productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Real Estate to align maintenance strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Partner with directors of Operations, Client Success, Sales & Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to ensure cross-functional integration.
• Apply analytical and logical reasoning to solve complex operational challenges and improve systems.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
