Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and secure top-tier talent for our organization. You will partner with hiring managers across various departments to identify staffing needs and drive our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about finding the best talent, and committed to providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview scheduling to final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Track key recruiting metrics to monitor and improve the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and various interviewing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong decision-making skills and a keen eye for talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
