Job Title: Accountant/Finance Manager

Reports To: Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our crypto casino and sportsbook business. This role requires expertise in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency accounting, with responsibility for managing multi-entity reporting across jurisdictions including the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Australia.

You will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting expertise with strategic financial leadership, and has hands-on experience in crypto transaction tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

●      Day-to-Day Finance Operations

○      Oversee general accounting, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.

○      Manage both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions, including reconciliation of on-chain wallets, exchanges, and payment providers.

○      Ensure accurate consolidation of financials across multiple legal entities (BVI, Australia, Philippines, and others as required).

●      Reporting & Compliance

○      Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

○      Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, gaming license requirements, and jurisdiction-specific tax obligations.

○      Coordinate regulatory filings, audits, and statutory reporting across all entities.

○      Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, particularly in crypto custody and transfers.

●      Financial Strategy & Analysis

○      Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

○      Provide data-driven insights into profitability, operating performance, and cost optimization.

○      Support the Managing Director and leadership team with strategic financial advice, investment evaluations, and scenario modeling.

●      Stakeholder Management

○      Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to align financial decisions with business strategy.

○      Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, tax advisors, and banking/crypto exchange partners.

○      Provide transparent financial reporting to investors and board members when required.

●      Team Leadership

○      Recruit, mentor, and manage finance team members.

○      Build and maintain a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

●      Experience: 7+ years in accounting/finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Gaming, fintech, or crypto industry experience strongly preferred.

●      Crypto Knowledge: Proven experience reconciling cryptocurrency transactions, managing digital wallets, exchange reporting, and integrating crypto data into financial statements.

●      Multi-Entity Accounting: Strong understanding of cross-border corporate structures (e.g., BVI and Australia), tax obligations, and intercompany accounting.

●      Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
