  • Support the creation and execution of recruitment strategies for Loan Consultants.
  • Assist in developing training programs and incentive schemes for our sales partners.
  • Work closely with the Loan Consultant Relations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
  • Create growth and performance plans for Sales Relations Associates and help them reach their goals.
  • Handle the acquisition and management of corporate partnerships.
  • Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across social media, print, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful events and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners by addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Take on other exciting tasks and projects that contribute to the team's success.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, marketing, or management.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or a similar role.
