NOW HIRING: Sales Officer – Baking Division

Location: Luzon

Gender Preference: Female (Male applicants are still welcome to apply)

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in sales (Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or equivalent)
  • Preferably with experience in the food and baking industry
  • Knowledge in baking is a strong advantage
  • Educational or work background in Business Management, Marketing, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or Baking is welcome
  • Skilled in customer acquisition and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must know how to drive and have a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila and to other parts of Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao if needed
  • Responsible, self-driven, and goal-oriented

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell baking-related products to clients in Metro Manila
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with new potential customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
  • Meet monthly sales targets and submit accurate sales reports and documentation
  • Participate in product training and demos when needed
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, challenges, and opportunities in the field

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Monday & Saturday: Office-based work
  • Tuesday to Friday: Fieldwork
  • Schedule may vary depending on operational needs. Flexibility is required, with proper coordination with the Sales Team Leader.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 per month
  • Lunch Meal Allowance: ₱3,900 per month
  • Revolving Allowance: ₱5,000 per week
  • Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)

Upon Regularization:

  • Sales Incentive Program
  • Health Insurance

Upon 1 Year of Service:

  • Service Incentive Leave (SIL)

Field Work Support:

  • Use of company car or motorcycle, or commute reimbursement as needed

  • Company laptop

  • SIM card
  • Pocket WiFi

Uniform Policy:

  • Uniform is provided
  • If the employee does not become regularized, the cost of the uniform will be charged to the employee
