About the role

We are seeking a talented Travel Specialist to join our dynamic team at Innotech Business Travel, Inc' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive travel planning solutions to our diverse client base. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our clients' business and leisure travel arrangements.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaising directly with clients to understand their unique travel requirements and preferences
  • Researching and comparing transportation options, accommodation, and other travel-related services to curate the most suitable and cost-effective itineraries
  • Booking and confirming all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other ancillary services
  • Providing timely updates and support to clients throughout the booking and travel process
  • Leveraging your extensive knowledge of travel destinations, schedules, and industry trends to offer personalised recommendations and advice
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all client bookings and travel activities
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar travel specialist or travel consultant role
  • Thorough understanding of the travel industry, including airline schedules, hotel options, and ground transportation
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless, personalised experience for clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected travel-related issues
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business
