Join our world-class Internal Communications team as a Senior Global Specialist - Content & Digital Communication.

We seek for a highly skilled and proactive digital communications professional to lead and execute internal digital and content initiatives, primarily for global support functions. This role helps shape employee experiences through dynamic intranet content & structures, and seamless technical execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical know-how, and creative flair to deliver impactful internal digital solutions that support functional goals and stakeholder needs.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will shape and implement internal digital projects, including intranet improvement and campaign activations, create and maintain campaign pages, landing pages, and other digital assets that align with brand, function and communication objectives, develop and implement dynamic layout components to bring ideas to life.

• You will troubleshoot live page issues such as broken videos, links, or formatting errors, reverse-engineer and resolve platform-related issues to restore functionality and ensure optimal user experience, leverage tools and applications to improve page quality, including improving readability, SEO, and overall site & content performance.

• You will manage and maintain content within a Content Management System (CMS), write, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and impact, ensuring alignment with tone and brand guidelines, apply strong visual judgment in selecting images and media that support project goals and storytelling.

• You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable deliverables, provide consultative input by evaluating feasibility, suggesting alternatives, and delivering workable solutions that meet business needs, set metrics (outcomes, outputs) & use analytics tools to track metrics, assess, and optimize pages and content.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• Proven experience in digital communications, content strategy, or intranet management.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMS platforms.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities with attention to detail. Visual and UX sensibility with experience in layout design and image selection.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Excellent communication skills.
