About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier to join our busy and vibrant Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation' team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they step through our doors. This is a full-time position within our fast-paced restaurant environment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently to process customer payments Handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and making change as required Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving any customer issues Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including restocking supplies as needed Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborating with the wider restaurant team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the hospitality industry Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately handle cash and payments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
